In order to further expand the supply channels, establish an efficient and stable supplier system, and ensure that the procurement work can better meet the needs of production and operation, according to the "Supplier Management Measures" of VVFB, we are now publicly soliciting various suppliers such as raw materials, packaging, equipment, machinery and materials, and services, and welcome active participation of suppliers from all walks of life to achieve win-win cooperation. Specific requirements are as follows:

I. Supplier category, nature and qualification requirements

(1) Category and nature of suppliers

The supplier category includes the raw materials, packaging, equipment, machine materials and various service suppliers required by the company's production and operation, including but not limited to the following categories:

(2) Supplier qualification requirements

1. Have the ability to independently bear civil liability (provide business license and other qualification documents);

2. Have the relevant qualification certificates required for the supply of products (such as production licenses, etc., provide copies of certification materials);

3. Have the personnel, equipment, professional and technical ability necessary for the supply of products (provide certification materials);

4. Have similar performance certificates in cooperation with large enterprises for nearly 3 years (provide contracts or related documents).

2. Supplier solicitation process

(1) Supplier registration: Submit the relevant materials according to the following contents to the designated email (form the whole PDF file according to the following contents and send it to haonan_est@163.com).

	4. Similar performance certificates of cooperation with large enterprises in the past three years	A scanned copy of the stamp is provided
	5. Other supporting documents	A scanned copy of the stamp is provided

(2) Supplier qualification pre-examination: Pre-examination is conducted according to the specific supply categories and submitted materials, and suppliers that meet our requirements pass the pre-examination.

(3) Supplier inspection: After the pre-examination is passed, the necessary inspection will be arranged according to the actual situation, and the suppliers that meet the requirements of our company will pass the inspection.

(4) Supplier warehousing: According to the supplier pre-examination results, inspection results (if any) for supplier warehousing.
